HOW DO I: ACCESS MY ACCOUNTS ONLINE?
Go to ADP and in the login box choose “Register Now”. You need to know that this is an Employer Retirement Plan utilizing ADP. You will be asked for your social security number only when registering. It is a secure website. They will never ask for that again.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
Go to ADP and click on “Forgot Login Info”.
HOW DO I: CHANGE MY 403B CONTRIBUTION AMOUNT?
Login to your account online. Choose “Review My Contributions.” Select “Change Contributions” and choose either $ or %, then input the amount you want to contribute next to either pre-tax or Roth. Follow the steps for a confirmation of the change.
HOW DO I: CHANGE MY INVESTMENT ELECTION OR ALLOCATION OF FUNDS?
Login to your account online. Choose “Review My Investments.” Select “Change Investments” and follow the steps for a confirmation of the change.
HOW DO I: UPDATE MY BENEFICIARIES?
Login to your account online. Choose “Review Beneficiaries.” Select “Add/Update” and follow the steps for a confirmation of the change.
HOW DO I: MAKE A DEPOSIT?
All contributions to your 403(b) account must be made through your Finance Account via PI payroll deduction. See the “How do I change my contribution amount” question on this website for instructions.
HOW DO I: WITHDRAW FUNDS FROM ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS?

For those still employed by PI, while the funds are legally available according to the IRS at age 59.5 , your withdrawal request will be subject to your agreement with PI to wait until after retirement to access these funds. You must contact the Retirement Savings Department by email for approval and instructions.
According to the IRS the following withdrawal exceptions are applicable before you are age 59.5 without a penalty being applied:
Financial hardship under IRS guidelines
Disability
Divorce
Death

Login to your account online and look under the I’d like to …heading and select “Change e-delivery Preferences.” Note: Lincoln is required to send some communication via US Mail. As such, you will receive a statement notice via your email address and your paper statement via regular mail.
HOW DO I: GET DUPLICATE COPIES OF MY TAX FORMS?
You will not receive tax forms for your 403(b) unless you have made a taxable withdrawal during the past year.

HOW DO I: REPORT MY IN-PLAN CONVERSIONS FROM LINCOLN ALLIANCE 403B TO ROTH 403B ON MY TAXES?
As you are aware, we converted some of your 403b at Lincoln Alliance into your Roth 403b at Lincoln Alliance. This resulted in a taxable event and as such needs to be correctly reported on your tax return.
You will receive IRS Form 1099-R from Lincoln Alliance under the name “Boston Financial” reporting the amount that was converted from your 403b. The amount converted should be reported in box 1 of the 1099-R as the Gross Distribution. That same dollar amount should also be in box 2a as the Taxable Amount and box 2b will show “taxable amount not determined.” Box 7’s Distribution Code will be “G” which represents a direct rollover. Some direct rollovers are not taxable however, in this situation it is a taxable event and needs to be correctly reported on your tax return.
On your IRS Form 1040 for the year you processed the conversion, the amount converted will be reported on both line 5a and 5b.
